Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all filter components and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival at our warehouse.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects the returned filter system, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
